Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wesamo.ai (the "Site"), operated by WESAMO, a business run by Wesam Layous ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or by requesting a resource from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site and our services
The Site presents information about our content-marketing, paid-media, and related services, and lets you request free resources or book a call. The Site itself is informational. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us; nothing on the Site is an offer, quote, or binding commitment to provide services.
2. Free resources & general information
Guides, checklists, templates, articles, and other free resources reflect Wesam's personal experience and general information only — they are not professional, legal, financial, or business advice and are not tailored to your specific situation. Any action you take based on them is at your own discretion and risk, and you should seek your own professional advice where appropriate. Resources are provided for your personal use on an "as is" basis; you may not resell, redistribute, or present them as your own.
3. No guarantee of results
Marketing, advertising, and content outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Any figures, case studies, testimonials, or examples shown on the Site describe past results and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site unlawfully or in a way that harms, disrupts, or overburdens it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or its data;
- copy, scrape, or harvest content or data except as normally allowed by a browser;
- submit false information or someone else's details without permission.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the WESAMO name, logo, text, graphics, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the Site and use free resources as described above. All other rights are reserved.
6. Third-party links and tools
The Site links to and relies on third-party services (for example scheduling, email, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. Bookings and enquiries
Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not create a contract for services and does not obligate either of us to proceed. We may decline or reschedule at our discretion.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all free resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any free resource. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
12. Changes, governing law & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts there.
